Printing Licence for all designs

COMMERCIAL PRINTING LICENSE – 1 YEAR

This is a printing license for all design files purchased from Newfoundfinishes. This license must be purchased in addition to the digital designs.

By purchasing this license, you are granted permission to:

• Use any design files purchased from Newfoundfinishes for commercial print production, including:
  
• Print-On-Demand (POD) platforms
• DTF (Direct to Film) transfers
• Sublimation prints
• Heat transfers
• Vinyl or screen print production
• Selling printed transfers or decals

✅ This license is required if you are:

• Selling printed transfers or decals made using our files
• Using any print production service or POD platform to sell products
• Outsourcing production (you are not physically making the finished item)

🚫 This license is NOT required if you are:

• Making and selling handmade physical items yourself (e.g., shirts, mugs, signs, etc.) using a purchased design
• Not distributing or outsourcing the digital file or print

Terms of Use:

✔ Unlimited sales of physical products during the 1-year term

✔ Applies to all past and future purchases from Newfoundfinishes

✘ You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files

✘ You may not use the designs to create new digital products or SVGs

✘ License is non-transferable

License Duration:

Valid for 1 year from the date of license purchase. After 1 year, continued commercial printing requires renewal.
