Turn Around Times

As our products are custom made for you, they will take a little time to prepare.  Usually they are completed and ready to ship a week after we agree on a design.  Sometimes it can take longer if I have to wait on product to arrive.  This could sometimes take 4-6 weeks.  If product needs to be ordered, you will receive notification via the email you provide at checkout.

Shipping Information

ADDRESS CHANGES

 

Please ensure your address is correct prior to ordering. If you would like to make an address change after purchase, your order will need to be cancelled, then you can place a new order with the correct address. Buyers are responsible for the costs to re-ship the order if the package is returned to us due to incorrect and/or missing address information.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Non tracked items

Canada: 3-15 business days

USA: 4-20 business days

International: 6-25 business days

Tracked items

Canada: 3-7 business days

USA: 5-14 business days

International: 6-25 business days

 

 

Paper orders and small item orders, domestic and international do not include tracking information (unless you purchase the upgraded shipping option), therefore; we cannot locate packages once they are shipped.

- International orders may be delayed due to postal processing/customs/local strikes/etc.

- Buyers are responsible for all additional international shipping charges such as duties, taxes, etc

 

LOST PACKAGES

If the package lost was one with tracking, no worries!  It included insurance!  In this event we will take care of the issue with the PO and immediately resend your order. If the lost package was non tracked, please wait an extra week above the estimated delivery time in case the package is being returned to us.  Buyers are responsible for the costs to re-ship the order if the package is returned because of missing or incorrect address information.

 

Returns

Our products are handcrafted and  a lot are personalized just for you . The material may differ slightly in color depending on vendor availability. Each of your products are custom made to order- this means that is completely unique to you!  

 We understand at times returns  are needed due to damage or defect in the product not in our control .  We cannot process returns or exchanges past 30 days, so be sure to double check your product upon item being delivered. 

 You will need to contact us directly at Amanda@newfoundfinishes.com , and will need to indicate order number. No refunds will be granted past the 30 days. If returns are granted the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.The product must be in orginal packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: NewFoundFinishes, Box 6502, Edson AB, T7E 1T9, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only non personalized non custom orders are refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
